Safety is becoming more and more prominent in the growing construction industry. At Wilhelm Masonry safety on our job sites is a primary objective. We ensure all our employees have the necessary safety training to complete projects in a manner that is safe, yet efficient. All foremans are trained in CPR and first AID. Working Safety is a condition of employment, and employees are responsible to Perform a job only if it safe. It is the policy of Wilhelm Masonry to provide a safe workplace environment free of accidents for our employees. Our Safety and Loss Prevention Program is designed with this goal in mind and is the shared responsibility of every worker and subcontractor.
